to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third
Circuit Court of Appeals. Professional affiliations include American Trial Lawyers Association, STEP (Section on Toxic Environmental
and Pharmaceutical), Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Bucks County Bar Association.
Mr. Fellheimer has
a national reputation in the field of toxic torts and has received referrals throughout the United States from environmental
scientists, physicians and others familiar with his work. He has undertaken to represent clients who have been exposed to
a wide range of environmental hazards including dursban, chlordane, hexane, gasoline spills, lead, formaldehyde, mold and
mildew, radiation and other solvents, pesticides and heavy metals.
Mr. Fellheimer spoke at the 1997 National Asbestos
Litigation Conference on the topic of dursban litigation after obtaining a settlement of nearly $4 million in a case involving
exposure to dursban and was invited to speak to physicians at the Environmental Health Center-Dallas regarding proving causation
in toxic tort cases.
